I left to live in Wellington where I attended University and Wellington Teachers' Training College. After teaching in Wellington for 3 years, I resettled back out the Coast when our first baby was imminent. It was great to come "back home" to the Coast lifestyle.
Teaching brought me into contact with all walks of life and my communication skills, dedication to work ethic and a sense of humour were vital in this profession. I have taught in all the local primary schools from Paekakariki to Paraparaumu. I had a longstanding passion for teaching but felt it was a time for a change.
After 22 years in the teaching profession, I was approached to make a career change to Real Estate in 2003. Over the years, I have met the most varied, interesting and awesome people. It has been my pleasure to help them buy their first home, downsize, upsize, relocate out of the district or secure an investment home for the future. It has been a privilege to help them all fulfill some of their dreams.
I bring a varied life experience into Real Estate and the ability to get the best job done with a smile is very important to me. I take the responsibility of marketing your home very seriously. I understand that this is one of the most important processes we have to go through in our lives. I strive to make my clients feel as comfortable as they can, while having some fun on the way. The biggest satisfaction for me is to give outstanding service and achieve successful results for my clients. Collapse
