“I have personally bought and sold a good number of houses and businesses,” Paul says, “and I am convinced this is the most satisfying way to get ahead. He is keen to use that experience to help his clients reach the best result possible. “To me, the client is king, I would be nothing without my clients, and I intend to be with them through their Real Estate journey.”
“My clients can be sure of three things – I will be honest, keep communicating, and keep on working till we get a result.”
“I did attempt semi-retirement at one stage, but I was a dismal failure at that,” he laughs, “I am not one to sit back and relax. I know what investors and homemakers require, and will do whatever I can to get the result we want. Believe me – I am on your team.”
He is also a very successful businessman, with a keen eye for opportunities. One example was purchasing a run-down horticultural operation in the Horowhenua, and turning it around. Within three years it was voted one of the best enterprises of its type in over 60 countries.
He has also proved his worth in the retail and service industries, running several successful franchise operations including a popular and successful landscaping company. Paul was also a major player in the Waterbed industry in the late 80’s a lot of people would recognize him from there as he had a number of shops from Wellington to the Kapiti Coast. He didn’t stop there he set up 2 major chimney sweep franchises throughout New Zealand. Paul has a passion for residential and commercial real estate, because of his business history he understands business needs. “I love helping people make the most of their properties, and enjoy getting some dirt on my hands to help them get there.” he said.
In his spare time Paul enjoys following the share market – more often than not leading it, as he has had more than his share of success – cheering on The Hurricanes and the AB’s and being a keen supporter of the red team in the V8 races. Collapse
